Best hotel in Ranchi for sure
Breakfast was very good. We had food at Water Front, Papaya and Caramel and liked all three of them. The hotel lobby was quite impressive.
I expected better professionalism and efficiency from the staff. Initially they provided towel, tea cup, glass, etc only for one person, although there were two of us. But I needed to make multiple calls to house keeping and reception before they attended to it. Cleanliness could have been better....we found stained tea cups in our room.
